The iconic blonde bombshell glides into the room wearing one of of Marilyn’s signature looks, that iconic white dress, and finds her special someone. She flirts, she banters, and she might even coax the celebrated person into dancing with her. She sings a few famous songs for the occasion, perhaps “Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend” or “I Wanna Be Loved By You.” Marilyn showers the celebrant with a keepsake party hat, kazoo, and plenty of flirtatious affection. She also leads the group in singing “Happy Birthday, Mr. President,” or other appropriate song, and your personal message on the souvenir telegram card is read aloud to the group.

This was our first time sending a singing telegram and it won't be our last! The whole process was super easy from start to finish. The Gorilla in a Tutu did a great job with incorporating all the details that I sent her, including adding lyrics to our song as part of her act. Everyone at my husband's workplace enjoyed it and it was the perfect mix of a little cringe, lots of humor and entertainment. The only thing he did not enjoy was having to eat the banana that the Gorilla peeled. LOL. I would definitely suggest taking that part out of the act.

Marilyn was great! My girlfriend was so surprised to see what looked like Marilyn Monroe walking up to her until it eventually set in that it *WAS* Marilyn. :) She was all smiles and giggles as she got to interact with Marilyn and eventually got a wonderful song for her birthday. The balloons were a perfect touch too. It was such a special gift to give such a special person. Definitely something she won't forget! Thanks Marilyn! :)
